Andrew T. Federico joined the Law Offices of Peter D. Baron as an associate in 2020. Andrew concentrates his practice in a wide variety of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and falls, construction accidents, civil rights, as well as litigation in professional liability matters. Andrew participates extensively in the firm’s dispositive motion practice and works tirelessly to deliver favorable settlements on behalf of personal injury victims and their loved ones. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked as an associate at a New York law firm specializing in wage and hour litigation, employment discrimination, and ERISA litigation.

Andrew graduated from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2018, where he was a Samuel M. Kaynard Fellow. Andrew served as a Note & Comment Editor of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal, as well as the President of the Unemployment Action Center. Andrew was honored with a citation of excellence in labor and employment law. During law school, Andrew was a member of the Trial Advocacy Association, where he gained valuable trial and general litigation skills.
